COACH’S COMMITMENTS
✔ Pascha will show up for you, ready to work on the agenda, without judgment and with tools to help
✔ Pascha will respect the sensitive nature of all coaching sessions. Pascha will maintain a judgment-free space for you.
✔ Pascha will listen with an open heart and with a commitment to supporting you every step of the way.
✔ Pascha’s primary commitment is to you (and your children, if applicable).
✔ Pascha will honor the agenda, but also be flexible if you have new and/or other important issues that may need to take precedence.
✔ Pascha will respect your boundaries and ask for permission to talk about sensitive areas. No matter what you share, Pascha will not judge you or violate your trust.
✔ If Pascha needs to reschedule, she will give you as much notice as possible, and you will get a make-up appointment asap if she needs to cancel a meeting.
✔ Pascha may ask you to stretch yourself and “try on” a new approach or coaching task. Pascha will stay creative and help you think outside the box
✔ Pascha will do her best to make herself available to you for brief calls and texts and to check in between sessions, if your package includes that.
✔ If Pascha is able to squeeze in additional time to meet/talk to you between sessions, she absolutely will. Please also enlist your therapist, attorney or 911 if it is urgent.
✔ Pascha will be honest with you about what she needs you to do differently to make the process more successful.
✔ If there is something Pascha feels is not working with the coaching process, she will let you know.
✔ Pascha’s process will offer education and healing before, through and after divorce.
✔ Pascha will provide referrals, as appropriate, to help you along the way.
✔ Pascha will offer her nearly 30 years of family law and divorce experience and her coaching training. However, Pascha cannot and will not provide legal advice.
